A detailed running assessment will be performed which includes a physical exam and discussion about your training program & running goals. We will assess faulty movement patterns which may contribute to symptoms during your run or affect your overall speed and endurance and provide recommendations for corrective exercises, footwear modifications, as well as nutritional recommendations based on your running goals.

Individual consultation with our performance team to discuss athletic history, musculoskeletal limitations or injury history, and performance goals. A tailored 2-week introductory workout program with corrective exercises will be provided.

Follow-on strength & conditioning services after the initial 2-week programming included with your initial performance assessment. Includes daily warmups, mobility work, and strength training programming. Weekly 15-minute phone/email/or text contact with the performance team to make adjustments to programming as necessary.

A 6-week training program with a defined performance target goal that includes Olympic lifting movements, kettlebells, and dumbbell lifts. Our periodized programming is especially helpful for preseason athletes, power-lifters, or other individuals with a set timeframe for outcomes. Includes a 45-minute consultation and weekly 15-minute check-ins. Functional movement patterns and mobility work are included in programming.

Are you trying to join the military? Improve your military fitness test? Make selection for special operations? SWAT? FBI? Our military/tactical prep course includes a 30-minute consultation to discuss tactical assessment & selection criteria, as well the initial 6-week preparatory training cycle. It is tailored to your specific goals, as well as the selection criteria for the individual program.

4-week (3 workouts/week) training programs to improve overall speed and agility. Emphasis is placed on running mechanics, functional movement patterns, form/technique, as well as aerobic and anerobic energy system development. Includes an initial 30-minute consultation and weekly check-ins.
